| KYOCERA ELCO values strong heart connections above all else. In March 1995, in order to build an organization with smooth inter-department communication, KYOCERA ELCO consolidated its Sales Division; Management Division; Production Design Engineering Division, Mauntacturing Engineering Division; Production Management Division; Quality Assurance Division; and the Distribution Division at its Head Office in Kagahara, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama. The entire organization and personnel are working together to tackle prototype production, manufacture, and shipping so that sales representatives can grasp customer demands as early as possible and feed back data for the conceptual design of new products. |
